Background checks
Every Event Nanny completes our screening and background-check process before joining a wedding team.
CPR and First Aid certification
Event Nannies hold current CPR and First Aid certification appropriate to the ages in their care.
Event Nanny-to-child ratios
Ratios are set based on the number and ages of children attending, and confirmed with you before the event.
Emergency contact information
We collect emergency contacts for every child and keep them with the on-site lead Event Nanny.
Allergy and medical information
Parents complete an information form covering allergies, medical needs and special instructions.
Parent check-in and check-out
Children are released only according to the parent-approved check-in and check-out procedure.
Incident procedures
Documented procedures for injuries, incidents and locating a parent quickly within the venue.
Age-appropriate supervision
Activities, supervision levels and spaces are matched to the ages of the children attending.

My Little Guest does not provide medical care and makes no medical guarantees. Specific policies may vary based on licensing, insurance, venue requirements and the service booked; all terms are confirmed in writing before your event.

Parents are welcome to check their child in or out at any time, giving you complete flexibility throughout the event. Whether you need us for the entire celebration or just during certain moments, our team is there when you need us and knows how to blend seamlessly into the event while keeping your little guest our main focus.
