Services are confirmed by a signed agreement and deposit. Final staffing, hours and pricing are set out in that agreement. Cancellation, rescheduling and travel-fee terms are provided in writing before booking. This page is a summary and does not replace your signed agreement.
We collect only the information needed to quote and deliver childcare services — contact details, event details, and the child information parents provide (ages, allergies, medical and care instructions). We do not sell personal information. Child information is shared only with the Event Nannies assigned to your event and is retained no longer than needed for the engagement and our records.
Event Nanny-to-child ratios are set by the number and ages of children. Children are checked in and out only by parent-approved adults. Parents remain responsible for providing all medications, feeding instructions, allergy information, diapers, formula and special-care instructions. My Little Guest does not administer medical care and makes no medical guarantees. Specific policies may vary based on licensing, insurance, venue requirements and the service booked.
